Another New Zealand Quake June 15, 2011

Strong tremors (6.0) in the same area of Christchurch caused significant new damage to already weakened buildings. The area was hit in September 2010, February 2011 and now again Monday. It is now expected that 900 buildings will need to be demolished (of those still standing) for saftey reasons. An estimated $3-5 billion in damages is expected, on top of the $15-20 billion already done by the prior two quakes.
