The Blueprint

The insurance landscape is changing dramatically. It can be harder than ever to find the right advisory relationship. Choosing an insurance advisor is something that should be done carefully. When the fit is right, you will know it.

We offer a unique and valuable service that enables you to enjoy the confidence and peace of mind that comes from having your insurance needs managed prudently.

At Blueprint Insurance Group, we aspire to know your assets better than you do, draft strategies to manage your exposures, and partner with you for life.

Aryn Linenger, AAI, CIC

Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI)

Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)

First up, our fearless founder and leader, Aryn. Aryn grew up in the Midwest and moved to Charleston 13 years ago. Although he didn’t have any family, or really know anyone, Charleston instantly felt like home to him. Immediately after moving, he plugged into his church, Seacoast Community Church, where he developed a community that has, in-turn, become his family. He met his wife, Rebecca there and they were married in 2009. Since then, they have had two amazing kids - Knox and Cora. His faith and family will always be his highest priority.

As a 2003 graduate of Taylor University with a BA in Business Marketing & minor in Graphic Design, Aryn accepted a position with Allstate Insurance and was licensed in Property and Casualty insurance. His next career move was to the independent agency channel and was licensed in Life and Health insurance. The move allowed him to become more flexible and competitive on behalf of his clients.

In 2011, Aryn ventured onto his own and started Blueprint Insurance Group. With a passion to help people in a more effective way, Blueprint has since evolved into a boutique agency where the client-relationships are the primary focus. His mission, over the coming years, is to continue that focus and expand the Blueprint of the agency in the Southeast market.

Aryn enjoys an active lifestyle that always involves meeting new people - whether it’s on the golf course or catching waves at Isle of Palms.

Sindy Orvig, CISR

Sindy is a fourth generation Charlestonian who has experienced the dramatic growth and development of this coastal community first-hand. She attended Charleston Southern University double majoring in Pre-Law Political Science and Corporate Communications. She has been a producer with us since 2016. In 2018 she obtained her C.I.S.R. designation from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.

Grateful for such an amazing Lowcountry upbringing, but living firsthand the destruction that was Hurricane Hugo, Sindy specializes in applying her area expertise to each client - personal and commercial. She works to proactively address risks and offer custom policies blueprinted to client’s individual needs.

In her free time, if she isn’t traveling, you can find her outdoors: hiking, hunting, fishing, or laying on the beach, with her Chesapeake Bay Retriever - Huck. Huck has been to 10 states with Sindy, and plans on making it to the U.K. soon to visit family.

Sarah Williams-Scalise, Producer

Like many residents in the Lowcountry, Sarah is originally from Upstate NY. She grew-up in a small town, traveling to Buffalo on weekends for Bills and Sabres games. She received her BA in International Studies with minors in Business Admin and Spanish. After graduating, Sarah moved to Boston and started her first full-time job doing business-to-business sales on behalf of Verizon FiOS. That job then expanded to Pittsburgh.

In 2012, she moved to Charlotte and began working for a small manufacturer as a national sales manager. After marrying Nathan in 2015, they made one last move to Charleston - where she plans to grow roots and continue helping to build a stronger community.

Sarah started with the Blueprint team in April of 2017. Her passion for community involvement and building/strengthening relationships has been an asset to the continued growth and success of Blueprint.
